Lyndsie knew from a young age that animals were her passion. In fact, her veterinary career started when she was still in high school. Her career began as an extern where she worked as a kennel assistant in a surgical referral practice. They loved her so much, she was offered a full time job once her externship was complete. Over her 17 year career, Lyndsie has worked in different hospitals gaining knowledge in general practice, surgery, rehab, emergency, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, oncology, and shelter medicine to include spay and neuter clinics. Over the past year, Lyndsie has been working with a veterinary technician relief company, offering help and support to clinics in Charleston. Lyndsie has literally done it all! All of these adventures have landed her home at Endeavour Veterinary Group working with Dr. Goldman, whom she has known and respected for many years.
At Endeavour, Lyndsie is responsible for learning and maintaining all of the inventory that Endeavour requires to be successful. Lyndsie works closely with outside sales representatives and other vendors to ensure timely deliveries and equipment is functioning adequately. She works quickly to troubleshoot any issues and enable solutions when necessary. In addition, Lyndsie is also responsible for client and pet comfort, client education, and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure appointments are seen in a timely fashion. Lyndsie goes above and beyond to ensure that patients are comfortable in a hospital setting. Don’t be surprised if you find her in a kennel during a thunderstorm cuddling a nervous patient.
Lyndsie also utilizes her skill set to include physical exam, fear free restraint, venipuncture, assisting with procedures, monitoring pets closely under sedation or anesthesia, client and patient discharges and demonstrations, client education as well as ensuring patient comfort for the duration of their stay at Endeavour.
Lyndsie believes in a compassionate and collaborative approach to veterinary care. Lyndsie is dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for every animal who enters her care. Lyndsie advocates fiercely for patients, working diligently to ease their anxiety and strives to make each visit positive and comfortable for them. Lyndsie also deeply values client relationships. She enjoys educating pet parents about the diseases and conditions their pets are living with, empowering them to feel comfortable and confident as they navigate the, often times, challenging avenues of pet health.
When Lyndsie is not at Endeavour, she loves spending time with her amazing daughter, and their 2 dogs and 2 cats. She also enjoy reading thrillers, taking day trips, visiting art museums, going to festivals with friends, and just doing things that bring joy to her life.
