Jessica Horton is a client services representative at Endeavour with 4 years of experience in veterinary medicine, and 9 years total in customer experience. She has worked in various positions including boarding, client services, and veterinary assisting; and is always eager to learn something new. Her versatile nature has allowed her to cultivate a sense of awareness between all aspects of a hospital, striving to create the best possible experience for patients, their families, and the staff. Jessica has always carried an interest in laboratory science and biology, which continues to grow and shift into veterinary-specific fields of study thanks to her work. Her responsibilities at Endeavour include coordinating communications and appointments, maintaining a warm, welcoming reception environment for the families we serve, and helping to ensure a smooth, positive care process. She takes a tactful, compassionate approach to care and enjoys seeing the tangible difference that can be made in the lives of animals and the people who love and care for them. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, writing, sewing, painting, spending time with her husband and their two dogs, and hopes to be the author of her own fantasy adventure novel series some day.
